The 4-7-8 guided breathing is a technique known as Relaxing Breath, and it only takes a few minutes to feel the benefits. This breathing technique is thought to help reduce nervousness and stress, calm anxiety, and help people drift off to sleep more quickly. It can help you clear your mind and minimize feelings of worry.
